  10.       timecheck - check local system time against a time server host

  13.       timecheck <hostname>

  15.  DESCRIPTION
  16.       Timecheck communicates with an Internet time server host using BSD
  17.       Internet Stream Sockets.  It obtains a difference between local system
  18.       time and the server's system clock time. Normally the time server is a
  19.       system that sychronizes to Master Clock time.  timecheck is designed
  20.       to be used with timesrv, the host time server's program spawned by
  21.       inetd.
